Digital Marketing Specialist

Overview of the role

 

Amplience is seeking a detailed, results-oriented and data driven candidate to join our marketing organization as the Digital Marketing Coordinator. You will be responsible for the managing online channels, focusing on email marketing, organic search (SEO), social (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn), and digital media programs with associated reporting/metrics/dashboards.

Reporting to Global Marketing, you will implement content and execute various types of digital marketing campaigns to mazimize Amplience’s online presence and optimize traffic, engagement and leads, which deliver sales and customer retention.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, social media and display advertising campaigns
  • Develop appropriate digital marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and engagement
  • Optimize Amplience’s web entities for higher onine rankings and incremental search traffic and conversions
  • Monitor email metrics (opens, click-throughs, deliverability, etc.); analyze digital marketing campaigns, make recommendations for enhancing effectiveness, and report on all activity and results
  • Grow, own and manage CRM database
  • Maintain website presence and all supporting social channels including Twitter, LinkedIn and Facebook
  • Key participant in email marketing creative reviews and testing schedules
  • Vendor management and contract negotiation
  • Effective project management, delivering projects within agreed timeline and budget

 

Knowledge, Skills and Experience required:

 

  • 2-3 years of relevant digital marketing experience (SaaS experience is a plus)
  • Strong experience in marketing, social media, campaign management, and online advertising
  • Extremely organized, self-starting, detail-oriented, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Creative thinker, not afraid to try new things, but also able to successfully manage routine tasks
  • Entreprenurial mind-set that seeks to understand what audiences consume and how to create it
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (including editing and proofreading)
  • Knowledge of best practices for creating emails and testing methodologies
  • Experience with relevant marketing tools including Marketo, Wordpress and Google Analytics
